APS Customer Service Dept. Announcement

We are very pleased to announce that for the benefit of all of our clients we now have a Customer Service Department in place to address any issues you may have including:

  • Password Resets
  • User Unlocks
  • Monthly Statements
  • Bank Changes
  • Chargebacks
  • Account Closures
  • Account Updates
  • Change of address, etc.

This will enable our staff to better address each issue personally and in a timelier manner.  We ask that you still continue to forward any Technical issues with your processing, batch issues, errors in the gateway, or any issues regarding the gateway to our Support Team.
